Attorney ProfilesMichael J. Navitsky A Harrisburg native, Michael practiced law in New Orleans for nine years after receiving his law degree from Loyola University. Upon returning to Harrisburg in 1990, he joined the law offices of Angino & Rovner, P.C. where he developed a successful civil litigation practice before founding his own firm in 2001. Michael is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, in which membership is limited to those attorneys who have displayed excellence in civil trial advocacy by obtaining a settlement or jury verdict of or exceeding one million dollars. Nijole C. Olson A graduate of DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, Nijole earned her Juris Doctorate in 1985. She has advance degrees in various medical fields, including a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Microbiology and a Master's of Science Degree in Preventive Medicine-Epidemiology. Nijole jointed the law offices of Angino & Rovner, P.C. in 1989, where she successfully litigated medical malpractice cases before founding her own firm in 2001. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has obtained multiple jury verdicts and settlements exceeding one million dollars. David S. Wisneski A 1990 graduate of Dickinson School of Law, David successfully litigated medical malpractice and general personal cases at the law offices of Angino & Rovner, P.C. before founding his own firm in 2001. David has obtained jury verdicts in Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin and Lebanon Counties on behalf of his clients. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, as well as the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America. He is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Duane S. Barrick A lifelong Harrisburg resident, Duane began his professional career as a Registered Nurse after graduating from Duquesne University. As a R.N. for eight years, he developed extensive experience and knowledge in the diverse areas of Pediatrics, Intensive care, Emergent care and in the Operating Room of a major trauma center and university hospital. He received National Certification as a CNOR. In 1995, Duane obtained his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. Before joining the law firm of Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski LLP as an Associate, he successfully litigated malpractice cases in Central Pennsylvania for over eight years.
