Recently selected for Central Penn Business Journal’s 2023 Power List for Personal Injury Attorneys and previously recognized as both one of the “Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania” by Philadelphia Magazine and a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, David has been remarkably successful in the generally conservative courtrooms of Central Pennsylvania. As a young attorney, David won over $400,000.00 for his clients in what was reportedly the first medical malpractice jury verdict in Cumberland County history.

David graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1990, and has devoted his entire legal career to trial advocacy. He has a long track record of successfully representing clients in medical malpractice, birth trauma and motor vehicle accident cases. David attributes his success in the courtroom to thorough preparation, skillful case presentation and absolute candor with the court and jury.

David has litigated cases throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in both State and Federal courts. He has been admitted to the bars of the Supreme Court of the United States of America, The United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. David is also licensed to practice law in the state of New York. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. Like all of the attorneys at NOW LAW, David is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization in which membership is limited to those attorneys who have obtained a recovery of $1 Million or more.
