Nijole Olson

Nijole is a certified AIM mediator and brings decades of experience as a personal injury and medical malpractice litigator. Her approach to dispute resolution is thoughtful and pragmatic. Understanding the issues and concerns of both plaintiffs and defendants, Nijole provides practical and considered guidance to help parties achieve mutually agreeable resolutions and avoid the adversarial litigation process.

She began her career as a medical microbiologist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and attained a Master’s degree in Epidemiology. Nijole earned her Juris Doctorate degree from DePaul University College of Law and in 1999 became one of the founding partners of Navitsky, Olson & Wisneski, where she focused her practice on professional malpractice litigation.

Nijole has been recognized for her professional excellence in Personal Injury by The Best Lawyers in America™ for 2024. She also holds prestigious recognition as a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Nijole is a member of many professional associations including the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.
